Living Yoga will screen again in Thailand this year at Kamalaya Film Nights (on Koh Samui Island in southern Thailand) on 8 and 22 May 2010.

Richmond, Virginia Screening

There will be a screening of Living Yoga on Friday, November 13 at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) from 5:00-7:00 pm at Temple Bldg 1160. This is being sponsored by the Yoga Education Student Organization (YESO) and arranged by Yoga teacher Carmen (Gauri) Monico, PhD/MSW student.

The screening is open to all students and the public and is free.

New Jersey Screening

Living Yoga: “Off the Mat into the World” Fundraiser, Bellingham, Washington

Kristi Moseley is organizing a screening of Living Yoga as a fundraiser for: “Off the Mat into the World-Seva Challenge African Humanitarian Tour 2009 (OTM).

Please support Kristi who has  committed to “live my Yoga” and raise $20,000 by December 15, 2009. The proceeds will go to improve the lives of children in the poorest regions of Uganda and support at-risk youth yoga programs in the United States.

Kristi says: Upon meeting my goal, next February I will travel to Uganda with OTM to help build a 7-room schoolhouse, teacher housing, an eco-birthing center, access clean drinking water, create an organic permaculture farm and work in conjunction with the Youth AIDS International along with additional service work the area and experience various culture events. OTM is committed to leaving a legacy to the individuals that they serve and will improve the lives of thousands in Uganda while also supporting and empowering at-risk youth here at home.

We’re honored to support Kristi’s seva and hope the event is a great success! We’re also donating 2 Living Yoga DVDs for auction at the event.

Mexico premiere of Living Yoga

“Living Yoga” selected for 1st Annual Samui Film Festival (SFF) Thailand

The 1st Annual Samui Film Festival (SFF) will be held from 14-16 August 2009. SFF selected Living Yoga as one of its premiere events! SFF takes place on the beautiful tropical island of Samui in Thailand.
